Join us for an evening focused on celebrating achievement and accomplishment through hard work, dedication, teamwork and a lot of grit.  The COSE Annual Meeting will be a celebration of the organization’s 45 years supporting, advocating for, and promoting small businesses in Northeast Ohio by bringing them together to learn, network and grow.

This year’s must-attend event will feature three all-stars from the Cleveland Indians: Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Paul Dolan, Manager Terry Francona and Tom Hamilton, the official voice of the Indians.

Dolan and Francona will discuss leadership strategies and how to build a winning team during a session moderated by Hamilton.

You'll also network with other business owners and community leaders over drinks and appetizers. Come celebrate COSE's 45th year in style! You won’t want to miss this event.

Paul Dolan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
The Cleveland Indians
The Dolan family's ownership of the Cleveland Indians enters its 19th season in 2018, while Paul Dolan begins his sixth campaign as the primary control person of the franchise after being formally approved by Major League Baseball on Jan. 10, 2013. Paul continues to serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Indians, roles that he accepted prior to the 2011 season. He began as Vice President, General Counsel of the Indians upon joining the organization in 2000 and later served as the club's President from 2004-10. 

Terry Francona, Manager
The Cleveland Indians
Francona has 17 years of Major League managerial experience, compiling a record of 1483-1269 (.539) for Philadelphia (1997-2000), Boston (2004-11) & Cleveland (2013-17). His1483 wins currently rank 5th among active Major League managers. Has received BBWAA Manager of the Year votes in 10 different seasons, including four of his five seasons with Cleveland (2013-14, ’16-17); named A.L. Manager of the Year Awards in both 2013 & 2016 (2017 honoree TBD). Also named Baseball America MLB Manager of the year in 2007 & 2016. Francona has guided a team to at least 90 wins 9 times in his career, most among active managers.Won first 9 World Series games he managed, the most wins w/o a loss in the history of the Fall Classic at the time (11-4 record in WS overall). He has won 9 of 14 playoff series overall (excluding 2013) and is one of 17 managers in MLB history who have managed two or more teams in a World Series.

Tom will enter his 29th season of calling Cleveland Indians baseball games on the radio in 2018. In his 28 seasons since 1990, Hamilton has called all 89 postseason games the Indians have played over that span, including three World Series (1995, 1997, 2016). His 28-year tenure, along with Rick Manning, is the second-longest in club history next to his former partner, Herb Score (34 years, 1964-97). During the off-season, Tom does television basketball broadcasts for the Big Ten Conference on the Big Ten Network. In honor of his 20th season with the Indians, Tom was given the Cleveland Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame Award for 2009.
