Anthony Crimaldi, Sr. Director Marketing & Technology, Avantia
Tony Crimaldi currently serves Sr. Director Marketing & Technology for Avantia, where he is playing the role of integrative problem solver*. He works with clients to identify challenges and opportunities, and then engages the Avantia team to develop and deliver solutions.
Previously, in his role of Digital Marketing Manager for Cleveland Clinic, Tony grew the Mobile group from the ground-up and oversaw the enterprise-wide consumer-facing mobile strategy and development, including apps & web. In addition, Tony founded and managed the Cleveland Clinic Mobile Center of Excellence, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experts whose goal is to provide consultation and guidance for all marketing, clinical and enterprise mobile initiatives. As a member of the Distance Health and Wayfinding committees, Tony helped to guide strategy and tactics which ensured a positive consumer experience.
Bob Scaccia, President and CEO, USA Firmware
Bob Scaccia, is President and CEO of USA Firmware; a fast growing consulting firm in Brecksville, Ohio. USA Firmware Corporation provides IoT and Embedded Systems subject matter expertise and design services to manufacturers in NEO. Bob has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and over 30 years of product development experience.
Bob is a member of the Northeast Ohio Angel Fund’s Innovation Committee, TeamNEO’s Smart Devices Steering Committee and Cleveland+ IIoT Advisory Council. Bob has seen a steady growth year over year of firms embracing IoT as well as trying to manage the complications of transforming their business models during this time of IoT centered disruption.
Ed Yenni, Founder and President, LogiSync LLC
Ed Yenni is the founder and president of LogiSync LLC, located in Avon, OH. LogiSync provides embedded IoT hardware and software solutions to leading OEMs in multiple industries that enable equipment, sensors, and devices to communicate and be remotely monitored and controlled. Many of LogiSync’s designs are industry-firsts that progress to full-scale manufacturing and deployment.
Prior to founding LogiSync in 1993, Ed spent sixteen years working in the aerospace, defense, and medical electronics fields, primarily with Rockwell International. During this time he performed lead roles in systems and project engineering on high-profile programs such as the Fast Time Acoustic Analysis Sonar System, and the International Space Station Program. Over the course of his career, Ed has received numerous awards such as the coveted Manned Flight Awareness Award, NASA’s highest form of civilian recognition, the Rockwell Autonetics Engineering Excellence Award, and the Lorain County Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2012.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the Ohio Institute of Technology, and has taken graduate level coursework through the University of Southern California.
Andy Jones, CEO, MCPc
As CEO, Andy Jones led MCPc’s transition from a value-added reseller to a market-shaper in services and solutions called Secure Technology Logistics – a prescribed, holistic approach to endpoint management that helps customers optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate cyber risk through a “chain of custody” process that is now considered an industry standard.

Andy is actively involved in Team NEO’s Smart Device & Systems/IIoT Regional Innovation Cluster; serves on Blockland Cleveland’s Talent Development Committee; among other select leadership roles in Northeast Ohio.
