Opening Soon: Beauty Shop Coworking Space & Café in Ohio City
Starting with 10,000 square feet of office, meeting, event, and café space, Beauty Shoppe Seymour Building is expected to open its doors in August. Located in Ohio City at the intersection of Detroit Avenue and W. 26th St., the space is ideal for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses who need flexible, scalable office space without the cumbersome terms of a traditional lease.
The coworking space will also feature Foyer, a coffee shop open to both Beauty Shoppe members and the general public. Foyer is a new kind of community gathering place that combines a sustainably minded, expertly curated café with a dynamic lounge and event space where Clevelanders can relax, connect, and meet their neighbors.
The Seymour Building, with Beauty Shoppe and Foyer, is a focal point of The Quarter, the highly-anticipated mixed-use development project from local developers The Snavely Group that is reviving a key intersection between downtown and the near west side of Cleveland. GCP’s Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA) provided Beauty Shoppe with a $200,000 CDA-CRF loan for the space at 2529 Detroit Ave. Click here to learn more about CDA's involvement.
