The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), announced the launch of the Inclusive Development Network, a new initiative designed to advance inclusive workforce development within their regions through a focus on reaching underserved populations.

Cleveland has been selected as one of 5 communities to participate in the inaugural cohort of the Inclusive Development Network.  GCP will act as the lead entity for the group which includes:  GCP, MAGNET, the Workforce Funders Group, the Urban League and employer representation.  This work will assist GCP & MAGNET in developing an actionable plan around diversity and inclusion in the Workforce Connect Manufacturing Work, in addition to informing inclusion outcomes for GCP’s full talent agenda.
